Brian Dauphin, senior v-p of Ingram Content Group, will become the company’s Chief Financial Officer on July 1, succeeding Frank Kerrigan, who has served as Ingram’s CFO since 1996. Kerrigan had previously announced his intent to retire next year and effective July 1, he will become senior v-p for a transition period.
Dauphin joined Ingram in 1999 as controller for its Lightning Source division and is currently senior v-p for the unit. In his new role he will report to Ingram CEO John Ingram.
