Keith Fox to Step Down as CEO of Phaidon
Fox, who has led Phaidon Press since 2014, will leave the role at the end of December. During his tenure, he expanded the publishing portfolio at the illustrated books publisher and oversaw the acquisitions of Monacelli Press and Artspace.

Suzanne Nossel Departs PEN America
Following a tumultuous year at the free speech nonprofit, the PEN CEO will take the helm at Freedom House in January. PEN chief program officers Summer Lopez and Clarissa Rosaz Shariyf have been named interim co-CEOs.

Nan Graham to Step Down as Publisher of Scribner
Graham will step down as publisher of Scribner in 2025, per Simon & Schuster CEO Jonathan Karp, with S&S slated to begin an "open and thorough search for the next publisher." Graham will remain with the imprint in an as-yet-unnamed editorial role.

Quarto Group CEO Alison Goff to Step Down
Goff, who joined the Quarto Group in 2022, will step down at the end of the year due to personal reasons. Quarto Group president CK Lau will step in as interim CEO, effective November 1.

Nadxieli Nieto Joins Algonquin as Editorial Director
Nieto, who is currently executive editor at Flatiron Books, will help usher in the next chapter for Algonguin following the restructuring of the imprint this summer under new Little, Brown publisher Sally Kim.
