It happens every fall, publishers change distributors. Both D.A.P./Distributed Art Publishers and National Book Network have recently signed new clients. The latter added guidebook alternative NFT Not for Tourists, which is headquartered in New York City.
D.A.P., which is celebrating its 20th year, is adding two new distribution clients, so new that they are launching this year: London-based FIELL, a design and architecture house founded by long-time Taschen editors Peter and Charlotte Fiell, and Ecstatic Peace Library, which was created by Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore and Eva Prinz, to publish art books and recordings by artist-authors. D.A.P. is also the exclusive distributor for Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum’s publications program.
