Reference publisher Grey House Publishing has acquired the directory and database of the Broadcasting & Cable Industry, which has been published, most recently by Bowker, as the Broadcasting & Cable Yearbook. The publication is the standard source for station data in the U.S. and Canada.
Under Grey House, the new directory will be updated and published as The Broadcasting & Cable Industry Annual. Joe Esser, who worked on the original directory, will be working with Grey House and leading the team doing the updated edition, which will feature current information on over 20,000 broadcasters.
