Chronicle Books unveiled the name of its new imprint led by managing director Mark Tauber. Chronicle Prism will focus on narrative, prescriptive, and inspirational nonfiction on a wide variety of subjects, according to the publisher.Chronicle announced the appointment of Tauber in September.
Inaugural titles for Prism are slated for publication this fall, including Dumpty: The Age of Trump in Verse by John Lithgow, Between Heaven and Hell by David Talbot, and Find Your Fuckyeah by Alexis Rockley.
Two staff members have joined Tauber at the imprint: Cara Bedick as executive editor, and Eva Avery as assistant editor. Tauber will also lead Chronicle Books’ first foray into audio, but few additional details about the audio unit were available at press time.
