Park & Fine Literary and Media and Brower Literary & Management have merged to form Park, Fine & Brower Literary Management. The new agency represents more than 300 authors of all genres and in all stages of their careers, with Park & Fine cofounder Celeste Fine and Brower founder Kimberly Brower serving as co-CEOs.

Literary agents Theresa Park and and Celeste Fine formed Park & Fine in 2019, representing hardcover fiction, nonfiction, YA, and children's authors including Janet Evanovich, Adalyn Grace, Elle Kennedy, Debbie Macomber, Nicholas Sparks, Taylor Jenkins Reid, and Jeneva Rose. Kimberly Brower founded her eponymous agency in 2016, following a stint at Rebecca Friedman Literary Agency, and represents trade paperback and self-published fiction authors, including Lauren Asher, Ana Huang, Hannah Grace, Vi Keeland, RuNyx, and L.J. Shen.

Working alongside co-CEOs Fine and Brower is managing partner Andrea Mai. Park remains at the combined company as a partner along with Peter Knapp, Abigail Koons, John Maas, Sarah Passick, and Emily Sweet.

"As an independently funded agency, led by women who have spent 20+ years focused entirely on authors and their books, we have built an industry-leading literary agency in direct response to the real world of publishing today with a clear vision of what publishing will be over the next twenty years," Fine wrote in a statement to clients. "As we look ahead, inspired by increased enthusiasm from readers across every generation and demographic, this literary agency has never been stronger or more visionary and is positioned decades ahead of the marketplace."

"As we navigate a constantly changing business, what I am most looking forward to is working with some of the most exceptional and experienced people in publishing, where collectively we have the same shared commitment to the authors," added Brower. "Together we will continue to push boundaries to ensure that our authors will have every opportunity to create and/or continue long lustrous careers."
