In the same volume, her husband—fashion illustrator, fine artist, and reporter Ruben Toledo—also shares his work, a collection of exquisite illustrations that realize his wife’s designs in fluid but unpolished graphics that exhibit a sense of high style and hand-craftsmanship at once.
