The Italian Trade Commission officially announced Italy’s participation as the global market focus country at next year’s BookExpo America. The ITC is preparing a series of programs and events to highlight today’s Italian publishing industry.
The 21st Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF) will be held March 15-20 in 2011. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the ADIBF showcases quality and diverse publications and titles in numerous languages, antiquarian exhibits and e-publishing content. The event brings together a range of professional panels, interactive literary debates and upholds international copyright standards, and is increasingly attracting publishers from across the world.
