In this feature, we look into our crystal ball to predict which books will stand out in the early months of 2017—which will make it to the top, in terms of attention, sales, and awards and prizes. We present hundreds of adult titles that we expect good things from, with the goal of offering booksellers, librarians, and others in the industry insight into the upcoming season.
Our editors selected 50 titles, including a top 10, in each of 15 categories, considering thousands of books publishing from Feb. 1 to July 31, 2017.
