We'd like to hear about forthcoming cookbooks as well as culinary bios/memoirs, essay collections, and other food-related narrative nonfiction. Of particular interest are books that draw strong connections between immigration and food; and vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, especially those aimed at the veg curious or that adapt traditionally meat-centric cuisines. Pub. dates: March–August. Adult books and new titles only, please; no reprints or children's/YA books. The submission deadline is January 21.
