I work for a publisher with a site license. How do I submit without paying the fee?
GalleyTracker knows to not charge books from publishers with site licenses based on the PUBLISHER and IMPRINT selected on the submission form. Every publisher with a site license as well as their imprints are already entered into the GalleyTracker database, so when submitting a book, select the parent company/publisher and then the imprint. The fee will then be removed from the submission form. Do NOT enter a new publisher or imprint name; otherwise you will be charged the $25 fee.
If I am a publicist or consultant working for a book publisher who is a site license subscriber, can I submit books for them without paying the $25 fee?
Yes, you can submit a book from an imprint that is part of a book publisher with a site license without paying the $25 fee.
Can I get a bulk discount on $25 payments?
Yes, if you purchase them in groups of 10, you will receive a 10% discount. You can purchase groups of 10 when you are logged in to your GalleyTracker account, on the "Account Balance & Settings" page.
What happens when the number of submission credits I bulk purchased runs out?
Once your account has used up all of the discounted submission credits that you bulk purchased, it will be charged the regular $25 fee per submission. You may purchase additional groups of 10. If you are a book publisher you may also upgrade to a PW Site License subscription which provides unlimited submissions by your team members and others working on your behalf (e.g. publicists, contractors) and access to all of PW's premium content. Find out more about PW Site License access and benefits.
May I share these bulk-purchased credits?
Yes, you can share the submission credits you have bulk-purchased with other individual GalleyTracker account holders. You can connect, and disconnect, to them in your GalleyTracker account on the "Account Balance & Settings" page. This allows you to order in bulk for everyone in your office or department including outside publicists. The only way for someone to use your submission credits is if you connect with their GalleyTracker account. You can disconnect from them at any time.
What happens to any connected accounts if I have no remaining submission credits?
If your account has a balance of 0 submission credits, then any accounts you have connected to will have to pay the $25 fee themselves or from other connected accounts' submission credits.
How does someone I've connected with use my submission credits?

What if I have shared by submission credits with an outside publicist who works for other publishers?
They do not have to use your submission credits when they submit a review. They can make their own payment, use their own prepaid submission credits, or use submission credits shared with them by other GalleyTracker accounts.
How do I disconnect from a GalleyTracker account with whom I was sharing credits?
When you're logged in to your GalleyTracker account, go to the same place where you connected with them: the "Account Balance & Settings" page. There you'll see a way to click on their account and disconnect it.
