Donley Hired In New HBG Sales Role

Shawn Donley has been named to a newly-created sales representative position at Hachette Book Group. Donley will serve as sales representative to the Pacific Northwest, based in Portland and covering Washington and Oregon. He comes to HBG from Powell’s Books, where most recently he served as purchasing director, managing a team of eight centralized buyers (both adult and children’s) who purchase for their five retail locations. He is also the most recent president of the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association.
