IVP Launches New Website, Customer Service System

In addition to redesigning its website, InterVarsity Press (IVP) overhauled its customer, order entry, book catalog, and rights/royalties databases and launched a new integrated customer management system on March 1.

The new system will allow IVP sales representatives to better reach customers with specific books and specials, as well as keep detailed and comprehensive data on buying patterns. Further, the new website includes a shopping cart and allows customers to see their purchasing history, particular discounts, and tailored specials.
