Threshold to Publish Two By Tucker Carlson

Threshold Editions will publish two books by Tucker Carlson, host of Fox News Channel's Tucker Carlson Tonight program. Louise Burke, president and publisher of the imprint, announced the deal on May 2. Mitchell Ivers, v-p and editorial director of Threshold Editions, acquired North American, open market, and audio rights from Matt Latimer and Keith Urbahn at Javelin in a two-book deal that also includes a line of nonfiction titles on subjects of interest by associates. The New York Post reports that the deal could have gone for as high as $9 million.
