Thomas Nelson to Bring Hit Devotionals to CMA Fest
Thomas Nelson is bringing Jesus Calling and Jesus Always, both of Sarah Young's bestselling 365-day devotionals, to the 2017 CMA Music Festival in Nashville from June 8-11 in an effort to reach new readers. Jesus Calling, which is currently #1 on PW's Religion Nonfiction Bestsellers chart, has sold over 20 million copies across all formats since its 2004 publication, according to the publisher, while Jesus Always, Young’s 2016 release, is currently #2 on the Religion Nonfiction chart. Also, the Jesus Calling podcast has over 300,000 listeners, boosting it to #1 on the iTunes religion and spirituality chart on several occasions.
The Thomas Nelson booth, which will be located at the Fan Fair X area of the CMA Festival inside the Music City Convention Center, will host games, prize giveaways, and appearances by country singers such as Shane Owens, Rick Monroe, Josh Wright and T. Graham Brown, who will read their favorite passage from Jesus Calling.
