Norton Announces Staff Changes

In a wave of promotions, W.W. Norton & Company named six new vice presidents within its trade, professional, and college publishing divisions. They are as follows: Steven Pace, director of trade sales; Erin Lovett, publicity director, trade; Kevin Olsen, director of marketing & publicity, Norton Professional Books; Julie Sindel, social science and humanities specialist manager, college; Heidi Shadix, science specialist manager, college; and Cassie del Pilar, institutional sales director, college.

Further, the company announced the retirement of v-p and senior editor Maria Guarnaschelli after 17 years with the firm.
