Scribd Taps Gretchen Rubin, Tim Ferris, Walter Isaacson for Advisory Council
Scribd, a digital reading subscription service, has organized its first Author Advisory Council, a group that will include bestselling authors Gretchen Rubin, Tim Ferris and Walter Isaacson.
According to a Scribd spokesperson, the Author Advisory Council will offer “their unique points of view to the Scribd community through curated reading lists and participating in select events.” The Advisory Council is also charged with advising Scribd on issues related to the publishing industry.
Gretchen Rubin is the author of Better Than Before and The Happiness Project. Her new book, The Four Tendencies, will be published in September. Rubin’s curated reading list is located here.
