Holiday House to Move HQ to Downtown Manhattan

Holiday House has signed a 10-year lease to house its new headquarters on the third floor of 50 Broad Street in lower Manhattan, beginning in April 2018. Cushman & Wakefield represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Holiday House was acquired last year by Trustbridge Partners and is implementing a long-term growth strategy. The move is intended to accommodate future expansion, "while maintaining the culture and heritage that has made the house a special place for authors, artists, and staff since 1935," said executive v-p and general manager Derek Stordahl.
