Speakers Announced for Audiobook Author Tea at BookExpo 2018
Laini Taylor and Jason Fry are among the authors to be featured at the Audio Publishers Association’s Author Tea at BookExpo 2018.
In an event organized to highlight the growth of the audiobook market, the Audio Publishers Association Author Tea event will feature four bestselling authors who will discuss the changing landscape of audiobooks.
The authors featured will be Laini Taylor (Strange the Dreamer), Gayle Forman (If I Stay), Jason Fry (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), and actress Kathryn Hahn (My Wish for You).
The Audio Publishers Association Author Tea will be held at BookExpo Friday, June 1 in Room 1E07/08 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.
Audio Publishers Association executive director Michele Cobb, said, “Audiobooks experienced a huge boom in 2017 as the fastest growing segment in the digital publishing space. As audiobooks continue their rise, what better way to learn about the excitement of the format than to hear experiences from these four notable authors – all while enjoying a cup of tea!”
