Author Group Raises Funds to Reunify Families at Border

A group of more than 30 debut authors has launched Authors for Families, a fundraising initiative to fund organizations helping with border family reunification. The Authors for Families website features more than 50 auctions from novelists debuting in 2018 and 2019, as well as from established authors. Auctions range from signed advanced copies of soon-to-publish books to query letter and manuscript critiques. The organizations benefiting from the funds include RAICES, CASA, Women's Refugee Commission, and Kids in Need of Defense.
