AAP has named Matthew Barblan v-p of public policy, effective August 27, 2018. Barblan will be involved in a variety of business, law, and technology issues in the United States and abroad, the AAP said. He was most recently the executive director of the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property (CPIP) and assistant professor of law at George Mason University.
