Avery Up at DK

Gayley Avery has been named v-p of marketing and publicity at DK. The newly-created role is based in the DK New York office. Her direct reports will include: Jaimie Cona, senior director of marketing; Kristen Fisher, associate publicist; Kelsey Curtis, publicist; and Vince Vendetti, art director. Avery comes from Bonnier Publishing, where she served as marketing and publicity director; before that, she was marketing director at Scholastic.
