Berger Up At Scholastic

Erin Berger has been named senior v-p of marketing at Scholastic's trade publishing division effective June 17. Berger joins Scholastic from the Penguin Young Readers division of Penguin Random House, where she was most recently v-p and creative marketing director and has held various marketing positions since 2002. In her new role, Erin Berger will oversee marketing, publicity, and digital marketing for all imprints of Scholastic's trade division, and will report to Ellie Berger, president of Scholastic trade. During her tenure at Penguin, Erin ran marketing campaigns for bestsellers including The Fault in Our Stars and Turtles All the Way Down by John Green and others.
