McKay Joins AAP

The Association of American Publishers has named John McKay its new senior v-p of communications. McKay was most recently an executive officer with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where for the past three years he served in an advising capacity and oversaw a variety of strategic communications initiatives, marketing partnerships, app developments, and public service announcements, as well as acted as a liaison to the office of the governor of New York Previously, he was a vice president of communications for both NBC Universal and Sony Music Entertainment.
