The copyright infringement litigation over Audible's proposed Captions feature remains in a holding pattern. In a December 17 letter to the court, the parties asked the court again to refrain from ruling on two pending motions, reporting that they have made progress toward resolving the suit. The parties agreed to advise the court of their status by December 27.
