Three New Members Join NBA Board

James Daunt, CEO of Barnes & Noble, Kimball Hastings, v-p of global communications at Ralph Lauren, and Amandeep Kochar, executive v-p and general manager of Baker & Taylor, have joined the National Book Foundation’s board of directors, effective immediately. With the addition of these new members, the Foundation’s board now stands at 22 governing members.

“We are gratified to welcome three new members to the Board of Directors, who bring with them significant corporate leadership experience as well as a deep commitment to the written word,” said David Steinberger, board chairman. “We look forward to working with them in support of the Foundation’s mission.”
