Gray to Lead S&S Distribution Client Sales Group

Kim Gray, formerly v-p and director of trade sales and marketing at Reader's Digest, will join Simon & Schuster in the newly created position of v-p of distribution client sales on February 3, leading the dedicated distribution client sales group that was established in December. Gray and her team will be responsible for sales to national book retailers and distributors, warehouse clubs, mass merchandisers, and the independent bookseller channel, and will work in close coordination with Michael Perlman’s publisher services team, all S&S sales channel heads, and the publisher's sales operations team.
