BISG Launches Supply Chain Survey

In an effort to foster an understanding of what's happening in such critical segments of the book business as manufacturing, distribution, retailings, and libraries, the Book Industry Study Group has launched a brief survey of current and expected supply-chain issues in the wake of the pandemic. The survey is a walk-up to an April 9 online conversation moderated by members of the BISG board that will:

  • Share what we learned from the survey
  • Talk about challenges and opportunities across the several segments that make up the book industry supply chain
  • Plan next steps that the industry can take as the pandemic develops
