Rose Named V-p of Diversity Initiatives at Macmillan

In August, LaToya Rose joined Macmillan Publishers in the newly created role of v-p of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Andrew Weber, the company's global trade COO, has announced that LaToya Rose joined the company in the newly created role of VP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in August. As part of her appointment, Rose also joined the company's trade management committee and the D&I steering committee. She reports directly to Weber. Most recently, Rose was senior v-p and director of operations and employee engagement at Burson-Marsteller, and before that held multiple roles within the Publicis Groupe.
