Looking Forward Webinar Set for April 6
As the publishing industry begins to think about what the business landscape will look like as things return to a more “normal” state, PW has teamed up with Westchester Publishing Services to produce an hour-long webinar, “Publishing Now ’21: Looking Forward." The webinar is set for April 6 at noon.
The webinar follows last year's Publishing Now webinar, which examined how the industry was responding to the pandemic and learning strategies to operate more effectively within a mainly distributed work environment. As we're all continuing to assess what has transpired, we're also considering what's next for the publishing industry.
The April 6 webinar will again be moderated by PW's v-p and editorial director, Jim Milliot, and feature insights from Dominique Raccah of Sourcebooks, Cathy Felgar from Princeton University Press, Lorraine Shanley of MPI, and Tom Chalmers of Legend Times, who will provide a perspective on how the industry has been navigating the impacts of lockdowns and a post-Brexit economy.
