Binc Announces New Board Members, Staff

The Book Industry Charitable Foundation (Binc) has announced new additions to its Board of Directors, executive committee, and staff. 

Erin Coffey and Jonathan Putnam have joined Binc's Board of Directors. Coffey is the senior v-p of communication and events for Macmillan and a member of Macmillan's Trade Management Committee. Putnam is an author of historical fiction, lawyer of counsel to Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a board member of the Historical Novels Society of North America, and a founding member of Binc's Author Leadership Circle. 

The newly elected executive committee of the Board of Directors is as follows: Annie Philbrick has been elected president of the Board and Julia Cowlishawas v-p. Board member Ken White has been elected secretary and Jonathan Putnam has been elected treasurer. 

Finally, Binc welcomes two new staff members: Jennifer Rojas as development coordinator and Judey Kalchik as communication and project manager.
