Media Do International Acquires Supadu

Media Do International, the U.S.-based subsidiary of Japanese ebook distribution company Media Do, has acquired Supadu a U.K.-based provider of website and e-commerce solutions for publishers.

The purchase follows Media Do's acquisition of Firebrand Technologies and NetGalley in January 2021. Supadu, which has customers in both the U.K. and U.S., has worked closely with Firebrand for the last five years. 

Mark Harvie-Watt, CEO and cofounder of Supadu, will remain on as CEO.
