Speakers Announced for 2016 Mid-Atlantic Congress
Keynote speakers at the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Congress (MAC) will include His Eminence Daniel DiNardo, Archbishop of Galveston-Houston, and Mark Hart, executive v-p of LifeTeen. The annual event will take place on February 4-6 at the Biltmore Hotel in Baltimore, M.D.
The diverse keynote speakers will be joined by presenters Dr. Carolyn Woo, president and CEO of Catholic Relief Services, and Drs. Mike and Cathy Carotta. MAC will also feature boot camps, mega-workshops and breakout sessions this year, as facilitated by leaders from some of the national Catholic leadership organizations including the National Association of Catholic Family Life Ministers. Mega-workshop presenters will include Jeff Cavins (Ascension Press author), Kerry Weber (managing editor at America Magazine) and Fr. Michael White (author of Rebuilt).
The Congress focuses on the needs of pastoral leaders at the diocesan, parish, and school levels amid the challenges of a growing, changing church. The 2016 MAC carries the theme “Proclaim Jesus with Joy.”
