Amazon Literary Partnership Opens 2022 Grant Applications
Amazon Literary Partnership (ALP) has announced the opening of applications for its 2022 grants for nonprofit literary organizations. Applications are open through April 15, and grant recipients will be announced in June.
As in previous years, ALP will work with the Academy of American Poets for its Poetry Fund, which will administer 10-20 grants, as well as with Community of Literary Magazines and Presses for its Literary Magazine Fund, which will administer 10-15 grants.
Since 2009, Amazon Literary Partnership has provided more than $14 million in grant funding to more than 150 organizations. 2021 grant recipients included Archipelago Books, the Bay Area Book Festival, Electric Literature, House of Speakeasy, the Moth, Turtle Point Press, Words Without Borders, WriteGirl, Zyzzyva, and more.
