Arc Literary Management Launches

Myrsini Stephanides has launched Arc Literary Management, a new full-service agency "designed to champion creators through the full arc of their careers."

“Our goal is to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively and with transparency on a multi-faceted approach to representation that is tailored to that author’s long- and short-term career goals," said Stephanides in a statement.

Previously, Stephanides was an agent and operations manager at the Mann Agency from 2009 to 2021. Joining Stephanides at Arc are agents Maile Beal, Iris Blasi, and Agnes Carlowicz, all of whom are joining from the Carol Mann Agency. The agents bring with them their full client lists.
