Sheridan Launches Employee Development Program, Sheridan Academy

Sheridan announced the launch of its Sheridan Academy, an employee development program that will "support and sustain the continuous learning and performance improvement" of the company's next generation of workers, the company said. “At a time when the manufacturing industry is becoming smaller and hiring experienced skilled workers is increasingly more difficult, investing in employee growth and development is more important than ever,” Joe Dunlap, Sheridan’s director of training and development, said in a statement.
