ICv2 Plans White Paper Happy Hour to Kickoff New York Comic Con
Pop culture trade news site ICv2 announced plans to host an invitation-only event on October 8, the ICv2 White Paper Happy Hour, to present its annual White Paper on the state of the comics and graphic novel marketplace.
The happy hour event will be used to present the annual ICv2 White Paper that offers detailed analysis of the comics marketplace. The event will be held Thursday October 8 on the opening day of New York Comic Con in the 4th Floor Galleria, River Pavilion at the Javits Center.
ICv2 President Milton Griepp said the free invitation-only happy hour is a transition event for the annual ICv2 Conference, which will take a new form next year. "We're planning a full reboot of the ICv2 Conference in 2016, and for this transition year we wanted to provide the industry with some of the insights they've come to expect from the Conference, and have some fun with our friends and colleagues in the process,” Griepp said.
