PRH Promotes Sansigre, Pérez to Global Finance V-ps

Penguin Random House has announced two global corporate finance promotions for Manuel Sansigre and Carlos Pérez.

Manuel Sansigre has been named deputy CFO and executive v-p of global mergers and acquisitions. Sansigre joined PRH in 2015 and previously served as senior v-p and head of global mergers and acquisitions. In this new role, he will report to PRH CFO Jim Johnston and take on oversight of global financial reporting and analysis. 

Carlos Pérez has been named v-p of worldwide reporting and planning. Previously based in Barcelona as group controller and head of accountings receivable for Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, Pérez will now be based in New York and will report to Sansigre.
