Audio Publishers Association Announces 2024 Audie Award Finalists

The Audio Publishers Association has announced the finalists for the 2024 Audie Awards, recognizing distinction in audiobooks and spoken-word entertainment. Winners across the 27 categories will be announced at the Audie Awards Gala on March 4 in Los Angeles. 

For the first time, the categories of Best Male Narrator and Best Female Narrator have been done away with and replaced with Best Fiction Narrator and Best Nonfiction Narrator. Michelle Obama, Dolly Parton, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Meryl Streep are among the audiobook narrators nominated for this year's Audies.

The nominees for Audiobook of the Year include Ann Patchett's Tom Lake, Lake Bell's Inside Voice, and S.A. Cosby's All the Sinners Bleed.
