VeVe Launches Comics Platform, Starting with Marvel Collection

VeVe, the New Zealand–based licensed digital collectible company, has launched VeVe Comics, a new comics reader app and webstore that will grant users "non-subscription access to premium, licensed digital comic books," according to a press release. The platform can be accessed via an app downloadable on both iOS and Android.

For its first offering, VeVe has inked an agreement with longtime partner Marvel Comics, which has provided more than 300 new titles to the platform, including in the Avengers, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Fantastic Four, Ms. Marvel, The New Mutants, and Ultimate Spider-Man series. VeVe is one of three digital comics platforms offering Marvel comics, including Marvel Unlimited and Amazon's Comixology Unlimited subscription, which is available via the Amazon Kindle app.
