Ricardo Costa Named CEO for Metabooks in Latin America
Ricardo Costa has been given the role of CEO covering Latin America for MVB's subsidiary Metabooks. Metabooks offers database services and technology solutions to publishers throughout Brazil and Mexico. Previously Costa served as CEO of the Brazil operation and the new role signals a realignment at the firm.
Ronald Schild, CEO of MVB, said: "We have largely completed the construction phase in Brazil. To further expand our offerings, we rely on interdepartmental responsibilities within the Latin American teams. This way, we can make data management and customer service even more efficient and create the best conditions for the successful launch of additional MVB services, such as Pubnet."
Adriana Ortega and Farid López, who previously worked at Metabooks in Mexico, are leaving the company.
