National Book Festival Announces Author Lineup

The 2024 Library of Congress National Book Festival, which returns to the Washington Convention Center on August 24, has announced its lineup of more than 90 featured authors.

This year's lineup includes such authors as Tomi Adeyemi, Ned Blackhawk, Sandra Cisneros, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Max Greenfield, Abby Jimenez, Rachel Khong, Erik Larson, Casey McQuiston, James McBride, Meg Medina, Claire Messud, Tiya Miles, Aimee Nezhukumatathil, Viet Thanh Nguyen, Christopher Paolini, James Patterson, Emily Wilson, and Rebecca Yarros.

This year's festival theme is "Books Build Us Up."
