Harper to Publish Boris Johnson's Memoir
Harper will publish former Prime Minister Boris Johnson's memoir, Unleashed, on October 15.
Unleashed will also be published in the U.K. by William Collins on October 10. David Roth-Ey, managing director and publisher at William Collins and 4th Estate, and Arabella Pike, publishing director at William Collins, acquired world all language rights from Natasha Fairweather at RCW. Harper president and publisher Jonathan Burnham will publish the book for HarperCollins.
Johnson's memoir will cover "how he nearly died from COVID; riots; crime; the London Olympics, and so much more," per HarperCollins. In addition, Johnson "writes about his role in Brexit and the constitutional sea-change in British politics in 2019 with his landslide election victory."
"I am honored that HarperCollins is publishing my personal account of the huge realignment that took place in U.K. politics in the last 15 years—and what may lie ahead," said Johnson in a statement.
