Gotham Ghostwriters Launches Professional Development Program
Gotham Ghostwriters has launched Ghostmasters, a professional development program that will offer online courses, one-on-one coaching, conferences, events, and other resources intended for both aspiring and mid-career ghostwriters.
The program will begin this fall with Ghostmasters 101: How to Break Into the Business of Ghostwriting, an introductory course for professional writers who are looking to make the leap into collaborations. The curriculum, focused on the mechanics of launching and growing a sustainable ghostwriting practice, was created in collaboration with ghostwriter and frequent Gotham collaborator Toni Robino. The course will be co-taught by Rubino and other ghostwriting professionals in 10 live online classes between September 30 and October 11.
Scholarships for aspiring LGBTQIA+ and/or ghostwriters of color will be available in partnership with American Society of Journalists and Authors, Association of Ghostwriters, and Speechwriters of Color.
