LAOC Mentorship Program Opens for Applications

Applications for the Literary Agents of Change Mentorship Program, run by the Association of American Literary Agents and Literary Agents of Change, are now open. Mentees can apply here through July 31.

The yearlong mentorship program, now in its fourth cycle, is open to assistants and rising agents at the junior and associate levels from historically underrepresented groups. Mentees are paired with two experienced mentors, each of whom offer an hour of one-on-one mentorship a month. Additionally, the program offers panels, networking opportunities, and a business development grant.

Learn more about the program here and about participating as a mentor here.
