Emily Griffin Joins Holt as VP, Editorial Director for Fiction

Emily Griffin is joining Henry Holt & Co. as VP and editorial director for fiction. She will report to Holt president and publisher Andrew Miller.
Griffin was most recently a VP and executive editor at Harper, where she edited such novelists as Sara Collins, Liv Constantine, Meg Mason, Etaf Rum, and Elizabeth Wetmore. She has also acquired and edited commercial nonfiction Anderson Cooper, Roxane Gay, Jessi Klein, and Casey Wilson, among others. Her list includes Read With Jenna and Reese's Book Club picks, as well as a Costa First Novel Prize winner and finalists for the NBCC Awards and the Women’s Prize.
Prior to Harper, which she joined in 2015, Griffin spent 10 years at Grand Central Publishing.
