Rachel Richardson Launches Rich Lit Rights Agency

Rachel Richardson, previously of the U.K.-based Watson, Little and Rights People literary agencies, has founded Rich Lit, a literary rights agency focusing on children's books, commercial and upmarket fiction, select nonfiction, and international titles. The agency will represent global rights for Storm Publishing, and Richardson will continue to represent rights for ASH Literary, Holiday House, and Little Door Books.

"I'm a big fan of startups, and I know that Rachel has exactly what is needed as a founder to make Rich Lit Rights a great success," Oliver Rhodes of Storm Publishing, said in a statement.
