OverDrive Launches Cleveland-Inspired Imprint

OverDrive has announced the launch of Heights Press, a new imprint inspired by the city of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, where the company is based.

The imprint will debut with Hickory Hollow, a six-book middle grade series, which will be accompanied by a series of video shorts. The initial titles in the series are now available exclusively for public libraries and schools worldwide via Libby, Sora, and Kanopy Kids.

Each Hickory Hollow book will be available initially in e-book formate in five languages—English, Chinese, German, Vietnamese, and Korean—and the first title is available at no cost to all OverDrive schools and libraries as part of the "Everyone Reads: Kids and Teens Collection" on Libby and Sora; the video shorts are available via Kanopy Kids, and audiobook editions will soon be available for Libby and Sora.
