Judy Hottensen to Step Down as Associate Publisher at Grove Atlantic
Judy Hottensen will step down from her role as VP and associate publisher at Grove Atlantic on January 1. She will help lead the search for her successor, and continue to work on independent projects at Grove in 2025. Hottensen has held her current role since 2011, and has worked for Grove Atlantic for a combined 32 years, including a 20-year stint as director of publicity at Grove Atlantic and Grove/Weidenfeld. Other positions Hottensen held in the industry include publicity roles at Pantheon Books and Simon & Schuster
“For more than 30 years Judy Hottensen has been an essential part of the Grove Atlantic team, helping launch our authors and their books into the world with tireless enthusiasm, equanimity and style,” said Morgan Entrekin, CEO and publisher of Grove Atlantic, in a statement. “She has helped create the culture that makes us who we are, and we will always be grateful.”
