Total Printing Systems Acquires Perfection Press
The Newton, Ill.–based, family-owned printer Total Printing Systems (TPS) has acquired Logan, Iowa–based book manufacturer Perfection Press. Perfection, its commercial book printing operations, and its sales and support team, led by Mike Riley and David Broxterman, have joined TPS, which employs roughly 70 people, effective December 13. All book printing and binding operations of Perfection Press will be consolidated into TPS’s Newton facilities.
“Our goal is to continue to offer the personalized, high-quality solutions and support of Perfection Press,” R.J. Lindemann, VP of TPS, said in a statement. Steve Keay, president of Perfection, added: “We are pleased to have found a partner that shares similar values to ours.... By joining with TPS, we are ensuring that we can continue to serve you, our customers, well into the future with expanded printing capabilities.”
